"고목"는 깊은 곳에 뿌리를 둔 '오래된 나무'를 의미합니다. 

 고목은 깊은 뿌리로부터 오는 고유한 향을 유지한채 가지치며 계속해서 성장합니다.

즉 한국이 가지고 있는 고유한 미를 새롭게 가지치며 풀어나가는 디자인 스튜디오입니다.

그렇기 때문에 우리가 추구하고 만들어 나가는 것들은 고목으로 상징될 수 있을 것 입니다.

가장 중심이 되는 의복에서는  '1950년대와 1960년대의 자의적으로 개발되고 있던 서민들의 마지막 한복'으로 부터에서 뻗어나간 생각을

전통과 현대적 감성을 조화롭게 선보이며 스타일을 제시합니다. 

현재 진행 중인 프로젝트는 한국 전통복식인 '한복'에서 영감을 받은 일상 의류 라인에 초점을 맞추고 있지만, 

나아가는 프로젝트에는 의류 라인 뿐만 아니라 예술 작품, 전시회 등 다양한 항목이 포함될 것 입니다. 

우리의 작업과 프로젝트를 통해 우리의 브랜드의 창의적인 비전을 세계 각지의 다양한 사람들과 공유하기를 바랍니다.

We introduce various products with our continuous work in order to connect you to komok

komok is a design studio that strongly believes in the power of oriental beauty.

At komok, we make our brand items with a focus on the elements that symbolize Korean oriental beauty. 

Our designs reinterpret the simplicity and unique beauty of hanbok. Inspired by the 'last independently evolving hanbok of the 1950s and 1960s,' our products blend tradition with a modern sensibility to present a distinct and trendy style. We modernize the unique elements of hanbok and the emotions derived from the lives of ordinary people, thus building a differentiated brand identity

Currently, our projects in progress focus on daily clothing lines inspired by the 'hanbok', a Korean traditional dress. Our future projects will include, not only clothing lines, but also art objects, art exhibitions and other exciting items. Through our work and projects, we hope to share our brand’s creative vision with different and diverse people all around the world.
